Dr. Mark Tomen and the Tilbury District Family Health Team would like to inform our patients that Dr. Tomen’s office will be closed the week of January 23 to 27, 2012 in order to move their office. Dr. Tomen’s office will still remain at 240 Grande Ave West but will relocate to another office suite on the second floor. The new office will provide more space and privacy for both staff and patients. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Bernard Limbombe is accepting 300 new patients from the community to his family medicine practice at the Tilbury District Family Health Team. Dr. Limbombe joined the Tilbury District Family Health in April and is now ready to expand his practice. Dr. Limbombe has over 20 years of dedicated service to patients and is fluent in both English and French.
